Uses and characteristics:
Machine is used to make fabric surface similar to velour. Applied for production of velour surface fabric such as automobile carpet, decorative carpet and toy fabrics etc. Double crank shafts system drives double needle boards needle punching system. Unique non-lubrication guiding structure and no oil leakage. Main bearing equipped with automatic oiling system and air cooling system to ensure stable running condition. PLC automatic controlling system with touch screen for easy operation and all parameters displayed clearly.
