Description and function
Multi functions make it possible to combine embroidery stitches with stitches, chain stitches, cording and taping effects in the same design, best illustrating the variety of designs.
Characteristics
1.Colors can be selected either manually or automatically, up to 99 times in any desired sequence.
2.Adoption of the feed-back control gives accurate control of the needle and the looper movement, which provides stable stitches.
3.The needle and the nipple presser foot are automatically lifted up (maximum 27mm) for easier frame exchange at the completion of embroidering designs.
4.Moss stitches and chain stitches can be changed by the setting on the operation panel. automatic of manual stitch change is also selectable(maximum 99 times).
5.Depending on the stitching conditions, the needle height can be either manually or automatically adjusted within 10 steps for the optimum stitching.
6.Higher operational speeds has been brought to chenille embroidery heads at 750rpm and standard embroidery heads at 1,000rpm.
7.Combination of chenille embroidery in 6 colors with multi-colored flat embroidery has realized high precision and higher value-added mixed embroidery.
8.Application of options like High-speed sequin device allows you such embroidery expression as has never been imaginable.
9.The chenille embroidery heads and standard embroidery heads can be changed automatically by presetting on the operation panel.
